O and translation rights give the rights for someone to publish an existing eBook  but in a different language format. Private label rights is basically rebranding the eBook as yours completely. So your able to do anything with the ebook as if it is yours! Ex: Like The Keylogg cereal box is being given private label rights to Keyfood supermarket. Then keyfood supermarket use that right and create their own product called KeyCereal, which is the same quality of cereal as Keylogg, but is just rebranded by Keyfood!
