Digital Buys and Resell Rights

I wanted to create an listing, $0.99, for an ebook that I purchased resale rights to. Then, I want to automate the listing, so once its sold, its relisted, so essentially it does all the work.

Does anyone have any experience in this? Any suggestions are welcome.

I was looking for an out of the box idea about something to sell each week at a flea market. (I wish their was a way to raffle items off). Can I sell a cd of an ebook if the rights to resell came with it? What would interest many people in the current economic condition we are in? Thank you all for your answers.

if i bought a small ebook in ebay by $0.99, can i make copies of it and re-sell it on ebay. is that legal?

You need the resell rights. When you buy the ebook, check if it comes with resell rights, most of them do.

How old does a book have to be before it can be resold and published without permission?

I have seen lots of ebooks on ebay with traders advertising that they have resell rights. Does this mean I can just buy their ebook and resell it on ebay with no comebacks? There dosen’t appear to be copyrights on these cook ebooks and I;m wondering how some sellers can say that they have resell, does it mean they are the author of the ebook? please advise

Precisely what rights the buyer of an ebook has depends on the terms of the license granted by the ebook publisher. Most will not include the right to sell the ebook. So if you buy an ebook on ebay, where the seller’s license did not allow him to resell, you do not have the right to resell either.

It really depends on the price of the eBook and Software itself. But it’s definitely worth it as you only need to purchase the license once and you can sell it unlimitedly. No Packing, No Shipping. I would say it’s very efficient

Do a further research on the products that you are going to sell before making any purchase.
